Terms of service

These terms govern your access to and use of the BOSS platform and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

1. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Access is provisioned by role, and you agree to use the service only within the permissions granted to you.

2. Subscription and pricing

BOSS is provided on a subscription basis, priced per job and customized to your operation. Fees, billing frequency, and scope are set out in your order form. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable and exclude applicable taxes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

Access data or accounts you are not authorized to access.

Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the security of the service.

Resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the platform.

4. Customer data

You retain all rights to the data your organization enters into BOSS. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

5. Service availability

We work to keep BOSS available and performant, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance and will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BOSS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate as set out in your order form. On termination, your access ends and you may export your data for a limited period, after which it may be deleted in line with our retention practices.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
